Hayfield Hustle Canceled
Children’s Sap Run: Canceled. 5-Mile & 5K: Canceled.
At the direction of the Redding Police Department, the Hayfield Hustle scheduled for Saturday, September 26—including the Children’s Sap Run, 5K, 5-Mile race, and post-race activities—has been canceled due to the severe weather advisory.
Virtual participation is optional and separate from the decision to donate your registration fee or request a refund.
Pick up race materials: Participants who do not request a refund may collect their bibs, medals, shirts, and swag bags at the Farmhouse on Tuesday, September 29, or Thursday, October 1, from 4:00–7:00 p.m.
Donate their registration: No action is required. Your registration will support New Pond Farm’s mission and help cover event expenses already incurred.
Request a refund: Email [email protected] by Friday, October 2. Participants receiving refunds will not be eligible for race materials.
