New Pond Farm educators will come to your school for an in-school field trip. These engaging, hands-on programs include our popular school field trip offerings modified for a classroom setting.
New Pond Farm provides students of all grade levels with unique, hands-on learning opportunities. Led by a team of experienced and dedicated educators, our programs correlate to current state teaching standards and can be adapted to best fit your students’ needs.
With 102 acres, a menagerie of program animals, and an passionate educational staff, New Pond Farm is ready to work with you and your troop to achieve a badge, complete on a service project, or enjoy a day or evening of fun on the farm.
Our education staff welcomes the opportunity to share exiting programs with private groups. Whether you are part of a Garden Club, Herb Society, Retirement Community or other group, we can arrange a program that your members will find enjoyable, educational, and inspiring.
Our 102-acre outdoor classroom, with its woodlands, wetlands, meadow, and barnyard, will be ours to explore! Each day will bring new hands-on, outdoor adventures. Favorite camp activities include exploring the stream for crayfish, hunting at the pond for tadpoles, visiting the cows in the barn, harvesting veggies in the garden, hiking the trails, creating nature art, and so much more!
