Immerse yourself in meditation, gentle movement, restorative breathwork, and crystal sound bowl healing alongside the cozy fireplace. Invite nervous system regulation and quiet reconnection to your inner world before the blossoming of spring. Please bring your own mat, blanket, bolster or pillow, and reusable water bottle.
