BioBlitz

Join an enthusiastic group of scientists and staff as we work to inventory the biological diversity of wetlands, woodlands, and meadow. Help us gain a better understanding of the local flora and fauna that are found in each habitat in the process gain skills and knowledge that will lead to a deeper connection with the natural world. The day’s events will include guided bird walks, wetlands exploration, plant identification, family nature trivia, and more.

Saturday’s Schedule

8am: Bird Walk (registration required)

12pm: Water Sampling
1pm: Insect Investigations
3pm: Nature Trivia (registration required)
5pm: Wetland Wanderings
